Mazel is the new owner of Mugshotsz and was formerly a popular unboxing vlogger known as 'The Creaking Geek' . Her channel was on a website called 'Vid-Now'. She is known for her brutal truth and trickery.
Vlogger History
On her channel, she unboxed the 'NX190 Pro phone stabiliser' (a phone stand) on a live stream. On the right of her video, you can see a live chat. Here is a copy of the comments:

Career
Vlogger
Her first appearance on the show was in Awardatarian (S5 E2), where she seemed like just a little old lady who needed tech support but Rob then showed Martha that she was actually a vlogger. Later in the episode, Mazel told Martha that she only came along for help because she was lonely from sitting at home all alone with no real friends, just digital ones.

She makes her next appearance in Heads We Win (S6 E1). Lily and Jas find her messing around in the Mugshotsz café, and assume she doesn't know better as she's an old lady. Of course, Lily and Jas don't know that she used to be a vlogger so they underestimate her. At the end of the episode she reveals to them that she bought the café off Lou, to the girls' surprise. She then continues to work there for the rest of the show.

Roles
Series 5
In episode 2 of series 5, Mazel was among the elderly people who applied to be taught about technology by students from Cranmede Upper School. Mazel was appointed to Martha Fitzgerald. Much to Martha's frustration, Mazel was very bad at technology. However, Rob Edwards showed Martha a vlog channel about tech that belonged to Mazel. After being exposed as a tech expert, Mazel admitted that she just wanted company.
Series 6
In series 6, Lily (who works at Mughotsz) catches Mazel behind the counter, in the kitchen and waiting tables. Lily tells Mazel that waiting tables is not Mazel's job and that she is a customer and shouldn't be behind the counter. However, Mazel reveals that she bought the cafe off Lou and that she is Lily's new boss.
